As parents, we know toy parts can somehow find their way into an abyss when little ones play, and we sympathize with the frustration of having a perfectly good toy with just one small piece missing. We developed the Lost Piece Guarantee to have you covered and to reflect our values of reducing waste and supporting sustainability.
Terms & Conditions
1. Program Scope & Eligibility
This Guarantee is designed to ensure a complete puzzle experience. It is available to the current owner of the puzzle, whether purchased personally or received as a gift.
- Specific Piece Replacement: This program is limited to the replacement of individual missing pieces. We do not provide full puzzle replacements or exchanges under this Guarantee.
- Availability: Replacement pieces are subject to availability. While we endeavor to meet each request, if a puzzle design has been discontinued, retired, or is out of stock, we reserve the right to decline the replacement request.
2. Replacement Variations & Fit
- Production consistency: Please be aware that due to slight variations in the manufacturing process, a replacement piece may not be a 100% perfect microscopic match to your specific puzzle. While we strive for the best possible fit, minor differences in cut or color shade may occur. By submitting a request, you acknowledge and accept these potential variations.
3. Geographic Limitations
- Domestic Only: This Guarantee is valid only for shipping addresses within Singapore or the United States. We are currently unable to process or ship lost piece requests to other locations.
4. Verification & Fraud Prevention
To ensure the sustainability of this program, we employ verification measures:
- Proof of Possession: We require photographic proof of the incomplete puzzle to verify possession and validate the missing piece.
- Excessive Use: We reserve the right to monitor claims history. Requests that appear fraudulent, excessive, or repetitive from the same individual or address may be denied at our discretion.
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet our verification standards or appears to violate the spirit of this Guarantee.
5. Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to alter, amend, or terminate the Lost Piece Guarantee program, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
